How we practice (and teach)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Needs & Functional Assessments

  • Vocational & Rehabilitation Counseling

  • Core counseling skills (the foundations that make therapy both effective and genuinely supportive)

How we support your family

  • Parent coaching to reduce conflict, build connection, and support healthy routines at home.

  • Case management & entitlements counseling to help you navigate systems (benefits, referrals, resources) without the overwhelm.

  • Accommodations advocacy for IEPs/504 plans and workplace supports, so school and work are set up for success.
