Licensed Clinical Supervisor & Founder of Phases Virginia
Whitney is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping children, teens, and adults across Virginia. She earned her Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Maryland. Whitney specializes in anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, and student-athlete mental health, using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT. A trauma-informed therapist and Approved Clinical Supervisor, Whitney creates a supportive space where clients can build tools for lasting change. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Brittany Belscher, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor & Professional School Counselor (K–12)
Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor and School Counselor with a Master’s in Education from Liberty University and a BA from UNC–Chapel Hill. She specializes in adolescent and family therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and school-based mental health. With experience in both the public behavioral health system and Loudoun/Fairfax County Public Schools, Brittany understands how therapy and education can work together. A trauma-informed provider and Mental Health First Aid trained, she also has a passion for supporting student-athletes. In her free time, Brittany enjoys running, playing piano, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
