Online Therapy for Anxiety, Burnout, and Life Transitions Across Virginia

Clear, steady support during demanding phases of life.

You might be managing work, school, or family responsibilities well on the outside while feeling stretched thin underneath. The pressure to perform, make the right decisions, or keep everything steady can build quietly over time. You do not have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes it is simply time to think more clearly about where you are and what comes next.

A Clearer Phase

When you have space to think clearly, this phase starts to shift. What once felt tangled becomes more manageable.

Focused Support for Life’s Phases

Therapy here is structured and intentional. We focus on helping you think clearly, understand what is driving the pressure, and make steady decisions about how you want to move forward.

  • Anxiety can show up as constant mental pressure, overthinking, difficulty sleeping, or feeling on edge even when things appear stable. We help you understand what is driving it, identify patterns that keep it in place, and develop steady, realistic ways to respond differently.

  • Ongoing pressure at work or in leadership roles can build gradually. You may still be performing well while feeling mentally fatigued, irritable, or stretched thin. We examine pace, expectations, and boundaries so adjustments can be made deliberately and sustainably.

  • Career shifts, academic changes, new leadership roles, or identity development can feel disorienting. Therapy provides space to think clearly about what this phase requires and how you want to move through it.

  • Academic pressure, performance demands, and increasing independence can intensify anxiety and self-doubt. We provide focused support that helps teens and young adults strengthen regulation, decision-making, and confidence.

About Phases Virginia

Phases Virginia was founded by Brittany Belscher and Whitney Houston, Licensed Professional Counselors. They work with adults and teens across Virginia through online therapy, navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and meaningful life transitions.

We understand that many clients are capable and dependable, often carrying more than others realize. With backgrounds in community behavioral health and school-based counseling, we have supported adolescents, young adults, and adults through academic pressure, performance expectations, and changing roles.

Our approach is structured and intentional, but also collaborative. Sessions create space to slow things down, think clearly, and make thoughtful adjustments. The goal is steady growth that feels manageable and aligned with the phase you are in.
