Scoring
- Add up your responses. - 0–5: Low likelihood of clinical anxiety. 
- 6–10: Moderate likelihood; consider self-help strategies and monitoring. 
- 11+: High likelihood; professional evaluation is recommended.

Anxiety Screening Tools
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) - A 7-item questionnaire that measures the severity of generalized anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks. 
- Commonly used in primary care and mental health settings. 
 
- Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) - A 21-item self-report inventory that focuses on physical and cognitive symptoms of anxiety. 
- Useful for evaluating the severity of anxiety symptoms. 
 
- State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) - Assesses both state anxiety (temporary) and trait anxiety (persistent). 
- Helps distinguish situational anxiety from general tendencies. 
 
- Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) - A clinician-administered tool that evaluates 14 parameters of anxiety, including physical and psychological symptoms. 
 
- Screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders (SCARED) - A screening tool for children and adolescents that evaluates symptoms of various anxiety disorders. 
- Includes both child and parent versions. 
 
- Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) - A 17-item questionnaire assessing symptoms of social anxiety disorder (social phobia). 
 
- Panic Disorder Severity Scale (PDSS) - Evaluates the severity of panic disorder and its impact on daily life. 
- Available in both clinician-administered and self-report formats.
